This feels worse than it looks.  Ha ha.  Long story short: I was trying to ride a paddle board, the reef was loaded with rocks and I wasn't wearing anything on my feet.  Oh Bob!  It only hurts when I move.  Paddle boards look cool but I don't think they're made for someone my size.  Such is life.

I was able to rebound and have a lovely dinner with Cara.  Here's some video we shot on the way to the restaurant.
