I've been on this earth for 39 years and consider myself a fan of popular music. I was stunned to learn the late Stevie Ray Vaughn played guitar on David Bowie's "Let's Dance" record.


I love SRV's music and David Bowie's. How did I miss that?! Maybe I was busy listening to Dio's "Holy Diver." Now that I listen to "Let's Dance" again, you can't miss SRV's playing style. Crazy world.

I'm so excited! Season 5 of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" kicks off tonight (10 pm on FX).


They have a live show going to some select cities right now (for their musical "The Nightman Cometh"). I was shut out of tickets for the NYC show. But I hate crowds, so I have to look on the bright side.

I'm in a cooking rut. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Chicken and rice. I can cook other things but I think I'm hooked on soy sauce.


On my honeymoon (in Hawaii), they served rice with soy sauce for breakfast. It tasted so great! Now, every time I have rice with soy sauce, I'm reminded of our great trip.
