I want to thank the nice people that sent me an e-mail yesterday. You sensed trouble in Bobland and mailed some nice words to my part of the world. I'm cool, thank you -- just blowing off some steam. My bad mood finally broke at 9:15 PM last night. I was walking home from work and I saw this sign:

Best sign...EVER!

If you don't find that sign funny, congratulations, your maturity level didn't stop growing after the sixth grade, ha ha.

I did more yesterday (for myself) by 9 AM than I did the previous 3 days. I felt good. I payed my bills and got some insurance on my new car. I have to say, I was a little embarrassed telling another human being that my new car has 121,000 miles and cost $850 -- ha ha. It makes me sound like some kind of loser! Not really, I just found it odd. Hey, I'm laughing all the way to the bank, can I get a witness?!

I got a phone call at work yesterday and the caller ID name that came up was 'Bob Borden.' My first reaction, this goes for all calls, was to let voice mail deal with it, then I thought, hey, that's me! I picked it up and said, "Hello?" It was the phone guy checking out my line, we both had a good laugh. My line is fine, just a little trouble with the power grid. (I made up the part about the power grid) The guy got into the basement, something a little creepy about that, right?

More good news, is that possible?! I was eating dinner, I opened up a fortune cookie and read this:

Smart cookie
How the hell does the cookie know this and I haven't heard a damn thing?! My life is based on fortune cookies and playing the lotto, can you say, 'CRY FOR HELP?' Ha ha.

That's it! Have a great day. Before you go, take a look at that sign again, HA HA HA HA HA!

My best,

Bob
