I cut my own hair a few weeks ago and now I think I need a pro's touch. It feels unkempt around the edges. And if there's one thing I hate, it's unkempt edges.
I've had the same "art" on my walls for the last 3 years. And my idea of art 3 years ago was album covers, take a look:

"Art" on Bob's wall
I felt a strong need to update my walls - I love Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska Album so much, that's a keeper. But I have no love for the Sinatra cover. It's cool because it's old but that's about it. With all that in mind, I headed over to Ebay and looked up 'folk art.' I had two requirements:
1. It had to be something that made me smile.
2. It had to be under 29 bucks.
After 30 minutes I found the new addition to my wall:

Bob's new art
Isn't that cool? Take a look at that guy, he's having a good time. It's a charcoal drawing on old sheet music. What does it mean, what impact does it relate? I have no idea - it just made me smile. I like it.
Sweet Lord, it's too hot to continue today. That's it!
Sincerely your internet friend,
Bob
Bob's Botton of the Page, Guilty Pleasure for 7/21/04: I used to like Sting but then I don't know, I lost touch when EVERYTHING he did started sounding like the same old stuff. But I really like his Desert Rose song that he had a few years ago. I don't understand it but every time I hear it, I think of myself walking across the desert, dressed in white, with my special lady. Wow, what the hell do you think that means?! All that from one song? Anyway, I even legally downloaded it. So there. That was Bob's Botton of the Page, Guilty Pleasure for 7/21/04 -- Tell your friends!
