Time for the most important diary of my life. In the trade, that first sentence is what's known as a GRABBER! Today, I'll introduce two brand-new features to bobborden.com. But to get things started, I think I'll talk about myself, ha ha.

Sweet Lord, I woke up yesterday with a leg cramp that would drop a mule. The only thing I could do was walk it off, it was an awful way to start the day. And to finish the day, I had the hiccups for about 30-solid minutes. I'm falling apart I tells ya! I'm not too far away from devoting my whole life to fitness. I'm not kidding, I need to make a change, how many years have I been talking about that?! Hey, my hiccups just went away! I can breathe again.

Time for a
new segment to bobborden.com, I call it - Learn to Play Guitar with Steve Young - Steve is a writer with Late Show and a heck of a good guy. Long before the workday starts, Steve likes to get some practice time in. From my point of view, when I walk by his office and hear that guitar, somehow, I know that all is right with the world.

Bob: "OK Steve, what do you have for us today?"
Steve: "Today's lesson is the chord of G"
Steve demonstrates how to properly hold the guitar. Top right: Steve demonstrates the proper fingering technique. Bottom right: Chord chart so you can play along at home.

Thanks, Steve, that was great! Thanks to Steve, we're well on our way to being the next Roy Clark or perhaps, dare I say it, the next Lester Flatt. That was Learn to Play Guitar with Steve Young - Tell Your Friends!

I'm looking forward to the weekend, I can't even begin to tell you.
My big plan is to buy socks. I hate wearing white socks these days. They were fine from birth to now, ha ha - But now I just feel like I have to mix it up a little. And what better way to mix it up than with new socks, ha ha.

My brother sent me some CDs yesterday. That's the second day in a row someone has sent me something. Getting stuff in the mail is cool.
Thanks, George.

I'm so excited, can you believe it?!
Time for another new feature to bobborden.com -- I call it:Great Moments in American Gladiator History. Great moment #23:
Gladiator GEMINI [Right] tries to prevent a contender from scoring in the "Atlasphere"

That was
Great Moments in American Gladiator History - TELL YOUR FRIENDS! "Atlasphere" - that's great stuff.

Man, this has been a great diary if I do say so myself.
THAT'S IT!

Have a great weekend.

Stay beautiful,

Bob
