Then I get off the bus for all the fun of ice and slush. It was especially slippery out there. Then the freezing rain started. Those little ice drops sounded like footsteps sneaking up behind me. I became so paranoid that every few steps I had to quickly turn around and give potential attackers my defensive stance:

Needless to say, I stuck out like a turd in a punchbowl doing that move. So you see, it was an awful night to be outside. But I'm not going to let ALL THAT get me, get us, down.
I was thinking that I haven't seen a movie in a long time. I can't remember the last film I had time to see. This talk of movies just reminded me of seeing Stripes with my Mom and brother when I was growing up. I was so embarrassed when the shower scene came on, you know, because of all the boobs. Maybe breasts is a more grown-up description. Everything embarrassed me growing up. But God Bless Mom for taking us to an R rated flick. Good Lord, it came out in 1981 -- I was only 10-years old! Mom, I hate to say it but you dropped the ball on that one, ha ha. Aside from that, Stripes was and is a pretty funny movie. Do they still hand out things at movies? I remember they were handing out posters at GhostBusters and Condor masks for the Disney flop,Condorman. Hey, Condorman came out the same year as Stripes, wow.
I saw a figure in the news yesterday that was pretty funny. To date, Geffen Records has $13.5 million dollars involved in the making of Guns 'N Roses' Chinese Democracy CD. Axl's been working on it for YEARS! I told this to my friend Walter implying how stupid Geffen is -- then I thought about it and admitted that I'd probably be the first in line to buy it. So, you go AXL -- take as much time and as much money as you need.
That's it for today.
Down for Whatever,
Bob
