Hello. Friday night I got home around 7:30, enjoyed a lovely tostada and then made the switch. That's right, I'm an Apple man now. I like the new experience but by Sunday I had to switch back because I need some help with the new programs I need to update bobborden.com. Why must their always be a learning curve, WHY?!

Saturday I woke up around 9, gathered up my laundry and drove to Nutley. I had a lot of stuff. On my way, I stopped off at the old big & tall and picked up a handsome suede jacket,
that's right, suede. This is the jacket I've been looking for, smart, sexy, form fitting and it was on sale! The other jacket I just purchased I decided I don't really care for it, I'll send it back this week. It was kind of huge and the last thing I need is a huge jacket.

While my laundry was drying I walked over to the local refurbished computer shop and picked up a nice little JBL sound system for the Apple - it was only $29 bucks! That was the second best purchase of the day. I got back to Hoboken, hung up my clothes and cleaned up a little. The plan for Saturday night was to meet up with my brother George and sister-in-law Liz. We were going to break bread at
The Palm, great steak place. I was having trouble getting my look together so I called up my friend Paula for advice.

She gave me some great tips. I didn't bring my camera with me but
I did take a photo of my sharp outfit before I left.
Bob's on deck!

There's something pretty sad about taking a photo of yourself but what the hell? I took the bus in and met them around 6:30. Damn did we have a great dinner! Liz had the salmon, George had the NY Strip and I had a filet minion.
My steak was the size of a football (that's a good thing). We were going to meet up with people afterwards but it didn't pan out. I was kind of happy because I didn't want to tie one on after a great dinner. We parted ways and I made my way back to Hoboken.

Sunday I woke up around 11. I haven't been to the A & P in about 3 weeks so I had to go to stock up on cat food. I came back home and did some house cleaning, played around with the computer and watched football. Around six, I was looking for my paper towels and then it hit me,
I bought paper towels but I never took them out of the store. Damn! Oh well.

I think that's it. Yep,
that was my weekend.

Stay beautiful,

Bob
