How about that weekend?  My fantasy football team crapped the bed.  Such is life.  I watched NFL Red Zone for a long time on Sunday.  I don't know a lot about sports but I enjoy the Red Zone.  They only show games where there is about to be a score.  It's like football crack.  It's also very well done.

On Saturday I looked out my window and there was a marching band gathering on our lawn.  My first instinct was to call the cops, ha ha.  But I was in the band once, so I couldn't do it.  Here's a time-lapse:

They were pretty good.  Our firefighters were celebrating their 100th anniversary and they had a parade.  
Saturday night we had family over for dinner.  Cara cooked a great dinner.  I had a lot of fun!
Cara and I watched the Emmy Awards Sunday night.  Jimmy Kimmel is getting mixed reviews but I think he did a very good job.  I can't believe what I'm about to say next.  I just read a popular website and they said Julianna Margulies was one of the worst dressed.  

Are you kidding me?!  That dress is to die for!  People are crazy.
Last today I was sad to read Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong is headed to rehab.  Green Day has to be the nicest band in show business.  I wish him a speedy recovery.
