They can put a rover on Mars but I can't buy a fresh avocado!

What is this world coming to?!  I was going to use this for a sea bass/grapefruit recipe but it sh@t the bed.  I usually buy two avocados at a time for this very reason.  But I didn't want to waste.  Ugh.  BTW, the sea bass/grapefruit dish was horrible.  The citrus overpowered the fish.  I was trying to make something "healthy" and fresh for summer.  Have you ever segmented a grapefruit or an orange?  For the novice, it's a very painful/long process.  You know what they say, you can't fight city hall.

I made a joke on twitter yesterday that made me laugh.  CNN is considering non-news shows to boost ratings.  This could be a bad idea, check out this photo from their first show:
