Last night I made kale chips.
You take some kale, cut the stems off, toss with a little olive oil/salt and bake for 20 minutes at 275 degrees. I added WAY TOO MUCH SALT. They tasted more like salt chips. They reminded me of these pre-packaged pumpkin seeds.
I remember buying these as a kid and washing them down with a Mello Yello! Ha ha ha. Bad after bad.
Back to the kale. I may have overcooked them too. I had two cookie sheets going. It was hard to regulate the cooking. Live and learn.
