I have an "old," small HDTV from my Hoboken days.  It was just sitting in our bedroom not being used.  I don't want the added expense of another cable box but it would be nice to watch something in bed.  I looked into indoor antennas and was close to buying one for $37.  It's called a "leaf."  I was one click away from my new purchase when I thought about trying some old school rabbit ears.

They worked!  I get at least 15, very clear, channels!  I get the major networks and other channels that specialize in Benny Hill reruns, ha ha.  Who knew!?
