I had a very good weekend!  Friday night Cara and I enjoyed a lovely dinner.  We followed that up with an airport pickup!  We drove to JFK and waited for the flight to arrive.  They have a cell phone lot where you can sit and wait but we couldn't find it.  We ended up in the cargo area.  It was mostly empty and very dark.  I parked in front of a cargo bay.  Five minutes later, of course, a big truck needed to get in our, I mean, his space.  Ha ha.  Out of 20 empty cargo bays I chose the wrong one.  Such is life, ha ha.

Saturday morning I was on the train headed to the New York Auto Show!  My brother-in-law Jake, niece/nephew Cara/John invited me.  I've never been to an auto show before.  I had a great time.  I loved looking at all those cars!
The Mini section was the first place I hit.  I tend to like cars that are probably too small for me.  This is the Mini convertible.  I've always wanted a Mini.  Another interesting car was the Fiat.
I like the euro look of the interior.  And they had a booth were I could pose with a digital model!
Lol!  Saturday night we celebrated Peter's 3rd birthday.  And Sunday we just chilled out.

It was a long weekend.  Have a great day.  It's going to be 95 degrees today.  Whew, I'm not ready for high temps!
