Only two updates this week! Who do I think I am? Recently I've been trying to improve my diet. That means, no more theater-size boxes of Jujyfruits, no candy drawer, no sugar cereal and no breakfast desserts. I quit sugar cereal two days ago. Yesterday I went the whole day without any crap. So, good for me.
Earlier this week I slow cooked a 9-pound pork shoulder. It was and is good! I still have a lot of meat left. I'm all porked out! I would have liked a smaller shoulder but that's all they had. Pork for dinner, pork for lunch and repeat. Ha ha.
