The new plumbing is here, the new plumbing is here!  Ha ha.  Can you believe I have to get a tile guy for THAT tile?  It's so green it would make Kermit the Frog jealous!  (Rim shot, please.)

The plumber had to leave to get a part.  When he returned, he opened the door and announced himself.

Plumber:  "I'm back."
Me:  "I missed you."
Plumber:  (Laughed really hard.)
