Did you hear, we may be getting a hurricane.  Today I prepped a house for the storm.  This is my first hurricane-proof window:

In my defense, the stupid tape kept tearing.  I got better with experience.  I hope we don't get slammed.  But, ugh, who knows?  I took some time today and made a hurricane safety kit.

It consists of a lantern, beer and Jujyfruits.  I'm ready!  Ha ha.  Oh the jokes.  I hope I never have to use it.

Things I'd like to have all weekend: Electricity.  Be safe!  Have an uneventful weekend.
