Cara and I had a great anniversary dinner last night.  I had mussels and scallops and she had a lovely salad and a steak.  Mmmmm!  The only downside was the restaurant was empty.

I thought I would have enjoyed the silence but as it turns out, I like a little ambience.  However, one plus was we were seated at a booth.  It was Tuesday night, what can you do.

Last night was the first outing of my new glasses.  I don't think I like them.  The quality is great.  I just bought the wrong style.  The lenses are just TOO DAMN BIG!  Again, they were only $120 and it was my mistake.  Darn.  HOLD THE PHONE!  I just found out they have a 30 day, no questions asked return policy!  Thank goodness, I didn't want to eat $120!  I will try another pair.

Have you ever been to IKEA?  It's a wondrous place filled affordable furniture and Swedish meatballs.  Recently I had the chance to experience IKEA through my niece's eyes.  Please enjoy Cara Goes To IKEA:
