Last year or so I was introduced to jasmine rice. I enjoyed it so much I decided to buy some for my kitchen. I had trouble locating a regular box. I ended up with a five-pound bag. At the time I believe Cara asked me, "You know this is a lot of rice, right?" Sadly, I didn't know. I didn't know that it would take two people about a year to finish. Thankfully we hit that mark last night.

The bag is empty! I can honestly say I never want jasmine rice again.
