Great reason for being in show business #7: I met Ben Roethlisberger yesterday!

I had two goals yesterday; 1. Put in the best possible workday that I could and 2. Ask Ben to sign a football for me. I came through with flying colors on both goals. I have to give a big thank you to Late Show staffer, Brian Teta, for being so cool about letting me go up there to "bother" Ben. Very nice of him to help a brother out. I also have to give a big shoutout to my friend Walter. He offered to come up and take a photo. I didn't even think about a photo! Thank you both.

I got the football signed for my friend Tim. Tim was nice enough to share his Steelers tickets with me, remember when I went to the Steelers/Browns game a few weeks back? I live by a code: Do right by me and I'll do right by you. I'm glad I could do something nice back. Here's the football:

How cool is that?! I called Tim afterwards and he told me he's going to build a shelf, ha ha.

I walked into the room, met his, I think, agent, then Ben, then I looked over and all I could do was point and say, "channel two, channel two!" Pittsburgh sports reporter, Bob Pompeani, was there doing a story.

It was pretty funny, I just didn't expect to see him. I was only in there for two minutes, tops, but it was a great two minutes!
