I got off the bus last night and walked around Hoboken for a bit. I passed by the movie theater andTeam America: World Police was getting ready to play.

Team America
I kept walked past the theater and then thought to myself, 'hey, I got nothing else going on tonight.' I turned around and bought a ticket. I sat down and the theater's lights faded down -- perfect timing. I liked it, I didn't love it but I was amazed at all the work that went into it. It'd be a great movie to catch on HBO after a night of drinking. I guess that's a review, ha ha.

The big popular culture story from yesterday was the special edition of the ipod. It's a U2 ipod, black with a red dial and their new album is already loaded in.

Cool

I was talking to my friend Jay about it. I had mentioned that I'm due for an impulse buy and may purchase it. Before I knew it, I agreed to purchase his old one (At an amazing price) so he could upgrade, ha ha. I'm going from the original ipod (5 gig), to the 3rd generation model (30 gigs). That's a huge bump in gigs! I'll never be able to fill it but that's the point. I hate having to dump music onto my hard drive because I used 5 gigs. Very exciting.

The other popular culture thing is the SNL/Ashlee Simpson vocal mix-up. The 'mix-up' being that her band played the wrong vocal track, oops. Now, she was going to sing live but her acid reflux was acting up, oh Ashlee! Honestly, who cares?! Britney, Janet and a whole bunch of people "sing" to track. I guess everyone can't be Motley Crue -- that'd get boring too. Wait, scratch that, an army of Motley Crue would be RIGHTEOUS!

CRUE ARMY!
That's it for me. Have a great day.

Sincerely,

Bob
