I was talking to my friend Paula last night. She's good people, remember her from Paula's notes? (If not, check out my FAQ's) -- Anyway, we were having a friendly conversation and then she asked me how my diet was going. My response was, 'Ummmmm, diet?' I forgot about my diet and have really gone back to my old habits in the last few weeks. DAMN, DAMN, DAMN! I have no excuse other than this: You know it's hard, right? Ha ha, I guess that's not really an excuse. It's good to have friends to keep you on track.
Speaking of friends, I'd like to thank all my friends for putting up with all my bulls%@t. This is in no special order: thanks Mom, George, Liz, Walter, "Sally," Jay, Tiffany, Jeff, Justin, Eric, Pam, Sarah, my cats, the nice folks I work with, Tom, Paula, my nephews and niece, all the great people that read bobborden.com! -- Carl, Tim, the lotto guy that says to me, "Hey, what's up my man!" -- I feel like I left off a big section of people but you get the drift...THANKS. People rarely tell how important they are to each other, you know?
I was on the bus last night, looking out the window, thinking about the world and then I saw a new store front. I said to myself, 'hey, Hoboken has a sex shop!'

Romantic Depot
Going to that store and the A & P could kill a whole weekend, ha ha. I may be wrong but I think that's the first of its kind in Hoboken. I've heard from "friends" that some newsstands sell adult videos but I've never seen a store so out in the open like this. It was funny, I saw the storefront, thought the store name was funny, we were at a stop light, I got my camera and quickly took that photo. Then a second later, I saw the woman in front of me turn around to see what I took a photo of, ha ha. OOPS! Yet another woman on the bus that thinks I'm a pervert. What can ya do?
I don't mean to pat myself on the back but today's Photo of The Day is amazing, ha ha. I love the look of metal, it just photographs so well. That's the good old PATH train, it goes between NY and NJ. I rode that home Monday night. Be prepared for more Path train photos for the rest of the week.
It's week three of my fantasy football league. I was in 5th place last week. There are 12 players in our league. This week, I finished 9th, ouch! I'm already out of the hunt. The number one player, John, is going to walk away with it, I can feel it. I still enjoy playing though, it makes the Sunday games a little more interesting/fun. I think I may start betting on professional sports, you know, as a hobby, ha ha.
That's it! Have a great day!
Hugs,
Bob
