Hello. This will be my last diary for 2003, where did all the time go? That's a question for the ages.
I passed out my DVD project to 50 or so of my closest friends. They all seemed to enjoy the gift but due to work no one could really watch it. Last night, well after I passed out everything, I put in two different DVDs, just to see my work and the second disc only played half-way through. Then it got all digitally. That's not a good sign. I'm hoping against hope that I'm the only one to have that experience. All that time and money, I want people to have a good viewing experience. But if they got a bad disc, I will replace it. Next year, I'm going to make a VHS tape, ha ha.
I don't like this high terror level thing. I have a theory that they put up the level right before a Holiday, so if something, heaven forbid, would happen, they've covered their asses. If something's going to happen, I don't really think I want to know. Life's hard enough without worrying about crap blowing up, you know? Sadly, if something's going to happen, it's just going to happen. I was thinking the other day that we can't control illegal aliens from crossing the border into our country, how are we going to stop another 9/11?
I think I'm going to start a diet in 2004. That protein thing worked for me a few years ago. I may go back to that and eating less. Eating less may be the key.
Man I hope the dvds aren't messed up! That's a heartbreaker -- did I mention that I slept at work to complete it! AAAAAHHHHHHH!!! I have about nine left, I'll test them all the way through today.
OK, that's all I can think about right now.
All my best for a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Happy Holidays! I'll be back 1/5/04.
Always,
Bob

Hey, it wasn't my DVDs, it was my DVD player. I brought the DVDs into work and they played fine! Whew! OK, now I'll be back on 1/5/04 -- have a great one! I just realized something, now I need to update my DVD player, darn.
