Back in late June, early July I started cutting my own hair. You know, so I'd look good for the ladies. Anyway, it's growing back but it's in that in between stage. It won't spike up the way I like it. I'm thinking I should just cut it myself again but summer is coming to a close and maybe a buzz cut isn't the smartest way to go in the cooler air? Just thinking out loud.

I was watching CNN yesterday, all day. They had live coverage from some disturbance in Chicago to a plane in California that wasn't sure if its landing gear was locked into place. I was just thinking how amazing it is to be able to watch all of those things unfold live. It's easy to take things for granted. It's a big, crazy world and it's on TV. I watched Let's Make a Deal last night on TV. Monty Hall sure did know how to craft a deal. I also finally finished Blood Simple. Very good film! I bought Bottle Rocket and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factoryyesterday on DVD. I hope they mail them by the weekend. I love Willy Wonka - Gene Wilder is amazing! I want to check out some of his other stuff. I saw a guy passed out at the bus station this morning. He wasn't moving and there were cops around him. He could have been dead. Welcome to New York!
