The whole clutch thing was slow going at first but with Walter's guidance and gentle touch, soon, was driving a stick shift. We started off in a parking lot. Getting going is the hardest thing to grasp -- working the clutch and gas. I didn't think I was going to get it at first -- neither did Walter. Finally I just said F*** It, stop thinking about it and just do it!

From that point it just got easier and easier. We started the lesson at 9:30. By 11:30, I was driving in Manhattan! How's that for a road test! Thanks Walter! I still have to practice but at least that uncertainty is gone, I CAN DO IT!!!! I also want to thank Steve and Lis again for a great transaction - I love that car!

I'm cutting it short today because I have some stuff to do. Have a great day!
